What cleaning products do you use?
We use professional and effective household cleaning products. Upon request, we can use eco-friendly, hypoallergenic, and also pet- and kid-safe.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No, your presence is not required. The most important thing is to provide access to the home and leave any instructions if needed. We respect your privacy and take your safety seriously.

Yes, we offer post-renovation cleaning. This is a more thorough service that includes the removal of construction dust, glue, paint residues, and similar debris.
How long does the cleaning take?

The duration depends on the size of the space and the scope of work. We always provide an estimated time and the number of staff in advance.
Can I cancel or reschedule a cleaning?

Yes, just let us know at least 24 hours in advance, and we will reschedule or cancel your booking without any penalties.
How much does it cost?

The price depends on the size, condition, and type of cleaning. We offer a free estimate upon request.
Do I need to prepare anything before the cleaners arrive?

No, but if you clear personal items from surfaces, it will speed up the work and improve the quality.
